The safety of our clients and our instructors is our primary concern.
Face Masks and Social Distancing
It is a requirement across Switzerland that face masks are worn on ski lifts, public transport, publicly accessible facilities as well as in areas where it isn’t possible to maintain a distance of 1.5m. The exception to this are children under the age of 12, and anyone that has a medical condition that precludes them from wearing a mask.
If you prefer, our instructors will also continue to wear their masks for the duration of the lesson. Please feel free to mention this at time of booking, or of course you can speak directly with your instructor.
Our instructors will wash their hands frequently, especially between looking after different groups of customers.
We will ensure hand sanitiser is also available for those instances where hand washing isn’t possible.
Items of equipment that are used during the lesson will be disinfected when used and on a regular basis.
Covid Safety Lead
We have an internal Covid Safety Lead to monitor and ensure that our team is clear and following all safety requirements relating to Covid-19 and any changes required. If you have any questions on this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at email@example.com
While we love meeting all our guests, all payments can be made online in advance to minimise any unnecessary contact.
Our Cancellation Policy has now been changed so that you can cancel up to a week before your lessons free of charge. See our full Terms and Conditions for more details.
All lifts are expected to be running as normal during the main winter, including the links to Cervinia from mid-January; with the same mask requirements in place.
Below are links from the Zermatt lift company and Zermatt Tourism for more local details.
Zermatt Bergbahnen are offering vouchers for any lift passes which are cancelled due to Covid, please see the above link for more details.
